Our unique cloud architecture operates all five data centers simultaneously with replication rates of approximately 0.1 second intervals. At the point that the effected callers / agents redialled, they would automatically be connected via the remaining 4 datacenters. Therefore, our guaranteed Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is 60 seconds, and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is 60 seconds.
